At Vastraveda Silk, we are committed to delivering your favorite sarees to your doorstep safely and on time. This Shipping Policy outlines our delivery process, timelines, and related details.

1. Shipping Within India

  • We offer shipping across India through trusted courier partners.
  • Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days of order confirmation.
  • Estimated delivery time is 4–7 business days, depending on your location.

2. International Shipping

  • We currently offer international shipping to selected countries.
  • International deliveries may take 10–15 business days depending on customs and location.
  • Customs duties, taxes, or import charges (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping within India:
    • FREE shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹1500.
    • Standard shipping charge of ₹99 for orders below ₹1500.
  • International Shipping:
    • Charges vary based on destination and weight.
    • Shipping costs will be calculated based on the International address provided and will be communicated to the customer by our Team. The shipping costs will need to be paid separately and not included during checkout.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS with the tracking number and courier partner details.
  • You can track your shipment on the courier’s website or contact our support team for updates.

5. Delays in Delivery

While we do our best to deliver on time, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays or strikes
  • Courier delays
  • Unforeseen local or international restrictions

We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Please ensure your delivery address, phone number, and pincode are correct at checkout.
  • Vastraveda Silk is not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

7. Undelivered Packages

If the courier is unable to deliver your package after multiple attempts:

  • The order may be returned to us.
  • Re-shipping can be arranged with an additional shipping fee.
